So today was Star Wars Day. I knew my world had an impact on yours, but not to this effect. Also, not much sun out tonight, but the clouds were pretty cool looking.
You people have known about my galaxy since 1977 right? I would think that over that course of time something would become kind of obsolete. Like a flower. It's really pretty at first, but over time it just gets, like, brown and dead. There must be something that makes Star Wars super special to you people. But what?
Could it be the people. I mean, Luke Skywalker is a hero for the ages, Han Solo was always fondly remembered by my master, and Princess Leia is one of my favorite royal figures. Perhaps you all find something in them that you relate to. I know I've always wanted to be like R2-D2, and those feelings can last a lifetime.
Or maybe it's the story. History is pretty cool stuff, so maybe you guys find it enjoyable seeing their story unfold. I don't know. Whatever it is, I guess it's enough to warrant a holiday.
Anyway, I guess I'll follow suit.
