Do you ever have those days where you really miss home? I'm having one of those days.
In spite of it's harsh, sandy exterior and even harsher civilians, My planet Jakku sure has character. You could travel in one direction and go around the whole planet without encountering anything of importance. But you could also visit one of the many settlements like Tuanul (or at least what's left of it), Reestkii, or Cratertown. I'm more partial to Niima Outpost myself. The hustle and bustle was always entertaining.
But how could I forget the Starship Graveyard. There was once a great battle against the Empire on Jakku. The aftermath is what you would find there. It's quite the sight. There are all sorts of giant starships half buried in the sand. Sometimes I would hop into a crashed X-Wing and pretend I was part of the Rebel Alliance. Good times.
You guys should check Jakku out if you get the chance. It's in the Western Reaches of my galaxy's Inner Rim. Granted I haven't seen any spacecraft around here, so I'm guessing you don't have the capability to do so.
But if you ever get the chance, please take me with you.
